Google User Data and Google Ads Data
Runway Fusion Ads Manager is an internal advertising management tool used by authorized Runway Fusion personnel. When an authorized user connects a Google account, the application may access Google account authorization information and Google Ads account data that the user has permitted the application to access.
This information may include Google Ads account identifiers, campaign information, ad groups, keywords, advertisements, budgets, performance metrics, and other advertising-related information required to manage and monitor authorized Google Ads accounts.
We use this data solely to provide the functions of Runway Fusion Ads Manager, including managing advertising campaigns, retrieving campaign performance information, monitoring advertising activity, and supporting internal reporting and optimization.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes. Access to Google user data is limited to authorized personnel who require it to operate the application.
OAuth credentials, including access tokens or refresh tokens where applicable, are used only to authenticate authorized access to Google services. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect credentials and Google user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the application’s functions, satisfy legitimate business or legal requirements, or maintain authorized integrations. Users may request access to or deletion of data associated with their account by contacting us at [email protected].
Runway Fusion’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
